Please read information below to make your shopping experience with us easier and more convenient.  Kindly note that Terms and Conditions apply to online transactions only.

Orders can be paid with Paypal or Credit Card.

Ordering

When placing your order if you do not receive an email confirmation of your order being placed it will include an order number - your order has not gone through - please log back into your account and check out again.

Orders can only be placed online at this stage.   Orders are processed in the order that we receive them as everyone's order is important to us and we make every effort to send out orders on the same day they are placed. Once an order has moved to the status of Processing stock cannot be added to the order as it is in the final stages. (you can log into your account to check the status of your order).  You will be sent an email once your order is mailed - always check your spam folder as we maybe also be trying to contact you regarding your order.  If you need to track your order, please contact our sales team at sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au 

Every effort is made to ship your order within 3 working days by Express Post. Once your order is posted generally in Australia, it will take 1-2 working days for delivery and international, 7-14 days for delivery. If you have not received the items by this time, please check with your local post office first, as often when they cannot deliver the parcel to you at home, they will take it back to the local post office for collection (a card will be left to say delivery was attempted and the location of Pick Up). We suggest entering a shipping address where there is someone available to accept the delivery during business hours as a signature is required. We do not use courier pick ups at this stage.

Australian Customers, shipping is $12.00 Australia-wide.  

International Customers,

To make shopping easier, no matter how many items you purchase our shipping charges have been heavily subsidised and capped as following: $29.00 per order.  

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries and provide a signature as proof of delivery is required as all orders are Trackable.

Re-Delivery will incur an additional charge.

Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay any customs or duty charges incurred in your Country. Hijab House Online is not responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, if you refuse to pay your customs or duty charges your order will be destroyed or returned to Hijab House Online at your expense. In regards to special shipping instructions, we will pass this information to the carrier used, however, no assurance is given as to whether the instructions are met.

We are sadly unable to sell to Germany, Denmark and The Netherlands.  

Gift Certificates

Returns Information

All Returns Require Authorisation, Unapproved Returns Will Not Be Accepted.  All goods can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.  


Damaged or Faulty Goods

Every effort is made to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality standards. If you do receive damaged or faulty goods, please email us at sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au within 14 days of receipt for an authorisation number. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement delivery or refund your purchase price if out of stock (including original shipping charge).  

Change of Size

Within 14 days of receipt, first please email us sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au for an authorization number to ensure a replacement size is available and where to send your item/s for exchange of size. All garments must be unworn and in original packaging for return, please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused and in the original packaging.  Costs to return goods to the HH Warehouse must be borne by the customer.

Hijab House Online Pty Ltd is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. Please consider using a tracked and insured service to protect yourself.

Supply Error

Please contact us at sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au to discuss any supply concerns. Any items supplied in error must be notified within 14 days of receipt.  We will rectify all supply errors immediately with either a full refund or redelivery of correct goods at our expense. 

Store Exchange

Items may be exchanged at our Sydney Warehouse facility within 14 days of purchase by appointment only.  Please contact sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au to arrange an appointment.  Sadly, items cannot be refunded at our Warehouse Facility.  

Not Covered

All returns notifications must be made within 14 days of original delivery

We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims.

Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty or damaged.
