How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic customers (in Australia), orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days from the time the order is placed. All orders are sent by the Express Australia post service. For international customers, orders typically arrive within 7 days from the time the order is placed but may take longer due to customs, border control and your country's laws.
Do you exchange or refund?
We sure do! We accept both exchanges and refunds on all online orders within 14 days of placing your order. Contact our sales team on sales@hijabhouseonline.com.au to arrange a refund or exchange or see our terms and conditions.
How do I know if the size is right for me?
Each product has sizing and sheerness information on the main product page to help you make the right decision. Alternatively, do not hesitate to contact our sales team who can help you choose the right size and product. We also accept exchanges on incorrect purchases if you do happen to choose the wrong size.
Are your hijabs sheer?
Most of our hijabs have a very slight sheerness, but once worn with a hijab cap, become non-sheer. They are made from a light chiffon fabric that is breathable, non-slip and drapes well for easy wear.
I just tried to place an order, but it didn't work. What should I do?
Try logging out of your account and logging back in. Then place the order again. You should receive an email confirmation once the order has been accepted and received. If this doesn't work, please email sales@hijabhhouseonline.com.au for more assistance.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you cannot make amendments. This is so that we can ensure quick and efficient delivery on all orders.
Where do you post to?
We ship our items to most countries worldwide. At the moment, we do not ship to Egypt, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands due to customs and laws of those countries.
I need something urgently. How can I get it?
